I want them to be kind of the town bullies (like the Heathers or Mean Girls), but they need to have a personality other than bully. I want the first girl to be the nice one in the group.

Plot:
They are littermates, raised to be show cats under training by their twolegs and parents (who are dead). They move after their pretty succesful career ends because of a long line of fails. They move here, retiring from their job and use their training on how to be charming to become top cats in the town and nearby areas, bullying cats that they deem less than them or their friends.
